Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order? Submit your order through our website contact form. We'll email you confirmation with the total amount. You can pay via Venmo (we'll send a payment request) or with cash at pickup. Once payment is arranged, we'll start baking your fresh granola.
What payment methods do you accept? For Venmo payments, we'll send you a payment request after confirming your order. Cash payments can be made at pickup.
Do I need to have a Venmo account? No, we also accept cash payments at pickup if you prefer not to use Venmo.
When do I pay for my order? You'll receive a Venmo payment request after we confirm your order. Payment is required before we begin baking your granola.
Pickup & Delivery
Do you ship orders? No, we currently offer local pickup only at our Sudbury, MA location. This ensures you receive the freshest possible granola. You can also pickup on a date of a farmer’s market we will be attending,
What areas do you serve? We serve MetroWest Massachusetts and surrounding areas for local pickup in Sudbury.
What are your pickup hours? Pickup times are available weekdays and weekends by arrangement. We'll work with your schedule to find a convenient time after your order is ready.
How much advance notice do I need for pickup? We recommend contacting us to schedule pickup as soon as your order is ready. We're flexible and can usually accommodate same-day or next-day pickup scheduling.
Order Timing & Lead Times
How far in advance should I place my order? We recommend ordering 3-5 days in advance, though lead times vary based on order size. Larger orders may need up to a week.
What are your lead times?
2-5 bags: 2-3 baking days
6-10 bags: 3-5 baking days
11-15 bags: 4-7 baking days

When does the lead time start? Lead times start when payment is arranged - either when we receive your Venmo payment or when we confirm your cash order. Baking begins once payment is secured.
Can you accommodate rush orders? Contact us directly to discuss urgent timelines. While we can't guarantee rush orders, we'll do our best to accommodate special situations.
Products & Ingredients
Are all your granola varieties gluten-free? Yes, all our granola is made with certified organic gluten-free oats and prepared in a gluten-conscious environment.
Allergens? Any custom order ensures you that there will never be cross contamination between ingredients. We take allergens very seriously.
What's the shelf life of your granola? Our fresh granola stays crispy for up to 8 weeks when stored properly. Each bag includes a fresh packet to maintain optimal freshness.You may store granola in the fridge as well.
Do you use organic ingredients? Yes, we use organic gluten-free oats, organic unsweetened coconut flakes, organic VT maple syrup, organic brown sugar, and organic dried fruits when available. We source the highest quality natural ingredients for all our blends.
Can I see a full ingredient list? Complete ingredient lists are available on each product page. If you have specific allergies or dietary concerns, please contact us directly.
Custom Orders
What's the minimum for custom orders? Custom granola orders require a 3-bag minimum.
What custom ingredients can you add? Popular additions include dried cranberries, raw cashews, hemp seeds and dark chocolate chips that are Enjoy Life brand, which are free of 14 allergens including, dairy, nuts, wheat, soy, tree nuts. Contact us to discuss your ideas.
How much do custom orders cost? Custom order pricing varies based on ingredients. Contact us with your preferences and we'll provide a quote.
Can I modify an existing flavor? Absolutely! Many customers love small tweaks to our signature flavors. This counts as a custom order with the 3-bag minimum.
How long do custom orders take? Custom orders typically require additional lead time for ingredient sourcing and recipe testing. Contact us to discuss timeline for your specific request.
Storage & Freshness
How should I store my granola? Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and humid areas like above the stove.
Can I freeze granola? Yes, granola freezes well for up to 3 months. Store in freezer-safe containers and let it come to room temperature before eating.
What if my granola loses its crunch? If stored properly in an airtight container, granola should stay crispy. If it softens, you can refresh it by spreading on a baking sheet and warming in a 300°F oven for 5-10 minutes, or store your granola in the refrigerator.
Business & Contact
Where can I find you besides online orders? Yes! You can find us at select farmers markets throughout MetroWest Massachusetts. Currently the attending markets are in Maynard and Natick. Market websites list vendors in attendance.
Can I order for events or corporate gifts? Yes! We love providing granola for special events, corporate gifts, and bulk orders. Contact us to discuss quantities, custom packaging, and timeline for large orders.
